Assignment of the Symposium Speakers and the program
(December 16, 2023 -February 10, 2024mid-January – end of March 2024)

• After the end of “Call for paper” period, Symposium Organizers can invite some speakers from the general presentations to fulfill time for necessary symposium slots.
• Symposium Organizers can invite speakers who prefer to present in their own symposium In “Step 1”(mid January 2024).
• If there is no suitable speaker in the above-mentioned process, Organizer can look for candidates in the list of other symposia in the same Scientific Section In “Step 2” (February 2024).
• If there is no suitable speaker in the above-mentioned process, Organizer can look for candidates in the list of other Scientific Sections In “Step 3” (February 2024).
• The organizer needs to determine the order of presentation In March 2024. A symposium can use one slot of 2 hours or two slots of 4 hours for presentation time including discussion.
  *For example) Typical program:30-min first presentation followed by seven 15-min talks
• During all the steps, Chief Organizer is asked to be charged with all response.
• LOC will inform details with precise date before the begining of each step.
• LOC consolidates responses from Symposium Organizers in each step. Priority will be given to a response that is submitted earlier.
