For Oral Speakers

Uploading Presentations (Presentation Data Submission at Preview Center (Room 104))

All speakers need to uploaded the presentation data at the Preview Center, located in Room 104. The Preview Center will be open during the following hours. Speakers are requested to submit their presentation data at least 45 mins. prior to their presentation. If your session is the first one in the morning, you are advised to bring your presentation data the day before your session.

  • Presentation cannot be uploaded at the room you are presenting.
  • Please submit presentation data by USB or CD-R.
  • Please bring the final presentation data.
  • Please make certain to arrive at the symposium venue at least 15 minutes before your talk starts.

PPT Preseter View is not available except for Main Hall. Only Microsoft PowerPoint 2016 or later versions are supported.
Please switch to a version from 2016 or later, as support for 2013 has ended. Please use Win 10 standard fonts.

Our equipment set up: OS: Windows 10

Application software: PowerPoint 2021 (2016, 2019)

Screen size: Full HD (1920 × 1080)

Note: “16:9” format is recommended, but “4:3” format is also acceptable.
Animation and video usage are allowed but ensure that your video files are in MP4 format and encoded with codecs included in the default settings of Windows 10 and Windows Media Player 12. Please note that there may be potential technical issues with videos, so it is advisable to have backup copies.
During the conference, presenters will be responsible for operating the equipment provided on the podium during their presentations.

For Poster Speakers

Printed Posters

The Program Committee has scheduled five days of poster sessions for the Congress. Posters are numbered sequentially in the program book and, where possible, grouped according to ICE section topics and subject matter.
Authors must display their posters on the board bearing the same number as that indicated in the program book for each poster.

Poster Size

Each poster must be contained within A0(84.1cm x 118.9cm).

Set Up

Your poster must be placed in the assigned space in the Event Hall. You’ll find your abstract number in the upper side of the poster board. The poster board is covered with felt cloth, and the frame is aluminum. Please do not attach anything to the metal frame. Push pins placed nearby your poster board are available.

Poster Presentation Time

Presenters are expected to be available at their displays during the “Authors Present” time slot for questions and discussion.
The schedules below include the time of expected author availability:

If your Abstract number is an odd number, you will present in the first half (from 11:45AM to 00:35PM).

If your Abstract number is an even number, you will present in the second half (from 00:40PM to 01:30PM)

Poster boards are about 210cm high and 90cm wide.
