Application will be closed when the capacity is reached.

We join the insurance in case of any accidents / injury. However, it is beyond the coverage if the accidents are not due to negligence of the sitter or in the case of force majeure.

The Organizing Committee and the Secretariat of xxvii international congress of entomology do not take any responsibility.

1. Identification card (passport/ a driver’s license)
2. Application form （Please hand it to nursery staff on your first day）
3. Lunch, Snacks, baby formulas, drinks, diapers, extra clothes, a blanket (if needed)

1. We only serve what you bring.
2. We do not provide any meals at our nursery. You can have lunch with your child in nursery.
3. No refrigerator or microwave oven is provided.

1. Please take your child to the restroom before coming to the nursery.
2. We cannot accept child(ren) with a fever of 37.5℃ or higher, or those who is/are not being suitable for group nursery.
3. Please inform your contact number in case of an emergency.
4. Please inform special instructions(Allergy/Health Condition).If you did not inform, we can not provide the service.
5. The nursery staff cannot give any medication.
6. In case of emergency, the nursery staff will contact you through mobile phone.Please answer the phone and pick-up your child(ren) promptly.
7. Please put Children’s name on all their belongings. We have no responsibility for lost without their name.
8. In order to provide a calm environment for your child and to prevent infectious diseases, please refrain from entering the room for any reason other than reception, lunch pick-up, or pick-up. Also, please have one parent/guardian attend the reception.
